As part of efforts to improve water infrastructure and increase the stability of the drinking water distribution network, the project for upgrading and renovating water transmission and distribution pipelines in various urban areas has entered the implementation phase.
This project includes replacing worn-out pipes, increasing water transmission capacity, and installing pressure control equipment, all of which play an important role in reducing water loss and improving water supply quality.
Project officials stated that upon completion, water pressure drops during peak consumption hours will be reduced and customers will experience improved access to stable drinking water.
In addition, the use of modern equipment and smart monitoring systems is another key component of this project, enabling better water resource management.
